Beringer White Zinfandel, Napa, California
When making Beringer’s White Zinfandel, the focus was to highlight the fresh red berry, citrus and melon aromas and flavors and round these out with subtle hints of nutmeg and clove. The wine has a youthful exuberance that is appealing to anyone looking for an uncomplicated wine to accompany a meal.


WHITE WINES

 

Biltmore Estates Riesling, North Carolina
Crisp and semi sweet, this wine nicely balances fruity flavors with acidity and exotic floral notes. Enjoy with spicy dishes, fresh fruit and blue cheese.

Brancott Sauvignon, Marlborough, New Zealand
Ripe bell pepper aromas dominate, with hints of passion fruit. The palate has rich fruit intensity with a crisp finish. Grapes are harvested from our renowned Brancott Estate in Marlborough and are produced in a consistent, definitive Marlborough style.

Folonari Pinot Grigio, Veneto, Italy
Pale yellow color. Fragrant and fresh bouquet. Dry and crisp with an elegant background of green apples and a clean finish.

Kim Crawford Unoaked Chardonnay, Marlborough
Lifted stonefruit and melon characters combine with butterscotch and hints of honey and spice.  Tropical fruits abound with a fullness and richness. Good weight is balanced nicely with firm acidity.

Toasted Head Chardonnay, Esparto, California
Bright tangerine and peach fruit aromas.  Crisp acidity and long finish with pear and toasty butterscotch oak flavors, and a creamy texture.


RED WINES

 

Cellar #8 Merlot, California
Dark cherry and berry fruit aromas that come to life on the palette with lingering flavors of cassis and playful soft spices in the background.

Five Rivers Pinot Noir, Santa Barbara, California
Aromas or violets and rose petals are joined by flavors of black cherry, raspberry and pomegranate.  A long delicate finish balanced by bright acidity.

Gnarly Head Old Vine Zinfandel, Lodi, California
The 2005 Gnarly Head Old Vine Zinfandel is crafted from grapes from 35 to 80 year old vines. Rich, dark berry flavors from the small grape clusters are balanced with oak. Luscious layers of plum, pepper and chocolate provide a lingering and spicy finish.

 


J. Lohr Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles, California
Blackberries, plum and espresso flavors, with a hint of floral sweetness.  Firm tannins and cedary oak lingering on and earthly finish.

 


Ménage A Trois Red, Napa, California
This wine exposes the fresh, ripe, jam-like fruit that is the calling card of California wine. Three saucy grapes make up the blend. Zinfandel adds a juicy character, Merlot mellows and Cabernet adds backbone. Forward, spicy and soft, this delicious dalliance makes the perfect trio.

Wyndham Bin 555 Shiraz, Australia
A medium to full bodied traditional Shiraz with distinct, rich plum and pepper characters. Parcels of the ripe fruit flavours are complexed by oak tannins, as a result of maturation in oak hogsheads for up to fifteen months, leaving a smooth, lasting finish.
