Achel Blonde (Belgium) - 8.0%, Trappist Ale, Bottled
Pale, strong, fruity, hoppy, & flavourful. Classic Belgian Tripel is surprisingly refreshing with some haziness due to the unfiltered yeast.

Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Urbock (Germany) - 6.5%, Smoke Flavored, Bottled
Made entirely from malt smoked over beech wood, unpasteurized, & full bodied. Brewed once a year for the Urbock-celebration at the Schlenkerla tavern in Bamberg in early October.

Allagash Grand Cru (ME, USA) - 7.2%, Belgian Strong Ale, Bottled
Seasonally brewed, a deep golden colored beer with full, yet refined malty palate and a gentle fruit  and spice aroma.

Avery 14’er ESB (CO, USA) - 5.1%, English Bitter Style, Bottled
Full bodied and robust with sweet maltiness and medium to strong hop qualities. Alcohol levels somewhat apparent; light to medium body and medium carbonation.

Avery Hog Heaven Barley Wine (CO, USA) - 9.2%,  Barley Wine, Draft, Seasonal
This dangerously drinkable garnet beauty is a hop lover's delight. The intense dry-hop nose and the rich malt body are perfectly balanced for a caramel candy-like finish. This is a serious beer for serious beer afficianados and it only gets better with age. Cellarable for 3 years

Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock (Germany) - 6.7%, Bock, Bottled
Intensely malty, higher alcohol content than a Traditional Bock. Virtually no hop aroma. Medium-bodied, tawny to dark brown with moderate chocolate malt sweetness on finish.

Ayinger Hefe-Weizen (Germany) – 5.1%, German Wheat, Bottled

Unique Bavarian yeast strains contribute a clove or banana aroma and flavor. Wheat malts exceed 50%, Bottled with Vienna malts adding rich aromatics to this light refreshing ale. Amber coloured & unfiltered (Hefe) with a cloudy appearance.
 

Ayinger Ur-Weisse (Germany) – 5.8%, German Wheat, Bottled
Similar to a Hefe Weizen, this wheat beer is brewed as darker version with complex malts and a low balancing bitterness. Brown in color with a murky appearance due to the yeast. The taste is complex, with suggestions of soft fruit, apple, and, in the finish perhaps, even cloves.

Bell’s Amber Ale (MI, USA) - 5.8%, American Pale Ale, Bottled
Maltier than an American Pale Ale with better balance between malt and bitterness. Caramel flavors produce light brown malty color.

Bell's Two Hearted Ale (Kalamazoo, MI, USA) - 7.0%, American IPA, Draft
India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. Bells Winter White Ale (Kalamazoo, MI, USA) - 5.0%, Witbier, Draft, Seasonal
A wheat ale brewed with American Wheat and a proprietary blend of Hefe and classic Belgian
Style yeasts. A refreshing winter alternative created from the subtle fusion of two classic flavors.

Berliner Kindl 1809 Weisse (Germany) - 5.0%, German Wheat, Bottled
Sharply sour from the use of lactobacillus in its fermentation. Wheat content is usually less than 50%, Bottled. Often served with raspberry syrup to offset the intense sourness.

Breckenridge 471 Small Batch IPA (CO, USA) - 9.2%, India Pale Ale, Bottled
An intensely hoppy, very strong pale ale without the big maltiness and/or deeper flavors of an American Barleywine. Strongly hopped, but clean, lacking harshness and a tribute to historical IPAs.

Brooklyn Brown Ale (NY, USA) - 5.6%, Brown Ale, Bottled
Higher hop and alcohol levels than traditional British Browns. Dark brown with a medium bodied.

Budweiser (USA) - 5.0%, Domestic, Bottled
Fresh and subtle fruit notes, a delicate malt sweetness and balanced bitterness for a clean, “snappy” finish. Budweiser is a medium-bodied, flavorful, crisp and pure beer with blended layers of premium American and European hop aromas.

Bud Light (USA) - 4.2%, Light Lager, Bottled

Introduced nationally in 1982, Bud Light is brewed with a malt and hops ratio different from Budweiser for a distinctively crisp taste with fewer calories.  Light-bodied brew with a fresh, clean and subtle hop aroma, delicate malt sweetness and crisp finish for ultimate refreshment.
 

Bud Select (USA) - 4.3%, Domestic, Bottled
A distinctive and sophisticated full-flavored beer with fine hop aroma, bold caramel malt flavor and a refreshingly clean finish.

Caracole Nostradamus (Belgium) - 9.0%, Belgian Strong Ale, Bottled
A very complex Belgian brown ale. Rich, warming, little piquant in the mouth with licorice,  mocha flavors, pear and toasted bread background notes. Perfect after-dinner drink or nightcap.

Chimay Blue (Bailuex, Belgium) - 9.0%, Trappist Ale, Bottled

In the 75 cl bottle, it is known as Grande Réserve. Yeasty with a light, yet pleasant touch of roasted malt combined with dark candi sugars, resulting in a hugely complex, very strong, and age worthy beer.  A darker ale, this copper-brown beer has a creamy head and a slightly bitter taste. Considered to be the "classic" Chimay ale, it exhibits a considerable depth of fruity, peppery character. The taste continues to evolve and develop with a few years of age, and is extremely popular with the Belgian population.  Unpasteurized & refermented in the bottle.
 

Chimay Red (Bailuex, Belgium) - 7.0%, Trappist Ale, Bottled
In the 75 cl bottle, it is known as Première. It is a dark brown colour and has a sweet, fruity aroma. The malt in this beer has a nutty character that goes well with the hints of pepper from the house yeast. Silky maltiness complemented by subtle bitter hoppiness. Rich, creamy head with fruity yeasty character.

Chimay White (Baileux,  Belgium) - 8.0%, Tripel Trappist Ale, Draft

Also known as Chimay Triple and Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer with its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer's flavour, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurized.

Chappys is the only tavern within 200 miles to offer this rare draught ale produced in a Trappist Monastery.

Coors Light (CO, USA) - 4.5%, Domestic, Bottled

Corona Extra (Mexico, USA) - 4.6%, Import, Bottled
Corona Extra is the number-one selling beer in Mexico and the leading export brand from Mexico. This pilsener type beer was first brewed in 1925 by Cervecería Modelo, located in Mexico City.

Czechvar Bohemian Pils (Czech Republic) - 5.0%, Pilsner, Bottled
The original light lager style produced at Budejovice for over 700 years. The original Budweis features malty aroma with spicy, floral Saaz hop bouquet. Delicately complex, use of soft water allows greater intensity of malt and hop flavors without harshness, with malty sweetness balanced by bitter hop finish.

Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA (Milton,  DE, USA) - 9.0%, Double/Imperial IPA, Draft
Imperial or double I.P.A. brewed to be savored from a snifter. A big beer with a great malt
backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate. Brandied fruitcake, raisiney, citrusy taste.

Domaine Dupont Two Brothers French Country Ale (IL, USA) - 5.9%, French Ale, Bottled
Strong copper colored ale from northern France, made with several malts, including Vienna. Medium to high malt flavor with spicy, fruity aromatic character. Garder means “to store” indicating that ale may age for quite a while.

Duvel Belgian Strong Ale (Belgium) - 8.5%, Belgian Strong Ale, Bottled
References to the Devil is the trademark of this pale to golden ale. The color and light body are the result of using very pale malts and the judicious use of light candi sugar. A spicy hop aroma may be found.

Erdinger Dunkel Weizen (Erding, Germany) - 5.5%, German Wheat, Bottled
Munich and Vienna malts have been added to this variation of a Bavarian Weizen. Light amber to light brown in color with no hop aroma.

Erdinger Hefe Weizen (Erding, Germany) - 5.3%, German Wheat, Draft
It is brewed using fine yeast according to a traditional recipe and, of course, in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law. Even today, the beer is still bottle-fermented in the traditional way; it takes three to four weeks for Erdinger Weissbier 'with fine yeast' to mature.  Effervescent, citrusy, and refreshing.

Flying Dog Double Dog Pale Ale (CO, USA) - 10.5%, American Pale Ale, Bottled
Characterized by high hop bitterness, medium maltiness with caramel malt flavors. Yeast fruitiness balances malt and hops.

Founders Dirty Bastard (Grand Rapids, MI, USA) - 8.3%, Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy , Draft
Founders flagship beer. Dirty Bastard is an absolute beautiful beer to behold. Dark ruby in color and brewed with ten varieties of imported malts this beer continuously lives up to its reputation as a bold and powerful ale. Dirty Bastard is complex in the finish with hints of smoke and peat paired with a malty richness, finalized with a good bit of hop attitude. This beer "ain't fer the wee lads".

Founders Pale Ale (MI, USA) - 6.2%, American Pale Ale, Bottled
Moderate to strong hop aroma from dry-hopping. Citrusy hop flavor common. Mild malt compared to aggressive hop bitterness. Pale golden to amber.

Fuller’s ESB (London, England) - 5.9%, Strong Bitter, Draft
An ample, grainy-nutty aroma and a broad, authoritative flavour, with lashings of dry marmalade-like bitters. An enormous attack of rich malt, tangy fruit and spicy hops in the mouth, with a profound Goldings peppery note in the long finish and hints of orange, lemon and gooseberry fruit.

Fuller’s London Pride (London, England) - 4.7%, English Bitter, Bottled
Smooth complex beer which has a distinctly malty base complemented by a rich balance of well developed hop flavors from the Target, Challenger and Northdown varieties.

Fuller’s Vintage Ale (London, England) - 8.5%, Strong Ale, Bottled
Fruity with great malt intensity; the strongest of all British ales. British hops range from mild to assertive. Alcohol warmth is evident. Full-bodied & viscous with color ranging from gold to very dark amber with ageing.

Great Divide Hibernation Ale (CO, USA) – 8.1%, Old Ale, Draft, Seasonal
Hibernation Ale is Colorado's original strong ale -- it has been Great Divide's winter seasonal each year since 1995. Hibernation's massive flavors are so intense that it requires over three months of aging each year. This lengthy aging process gives Hibernation its revered malty richness, complex hop profile and hearty warming character, which is perfect right out of the bottle or cellared for longer periods of time.

Great Lakes Dortmunder Export (OH, USA) – 5.8%, Light Lager, Bottled
Brewed stronger than other light lagers to travel well for export. Malt and hops are well- alanced with a touch of sweetness. Drier than a Munich Helles, less bitter than a Northern German, and stronger than either. Brewed using very hard water. Straw to medium gold color and light to medium body.

Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald Porter (Cleveland, OH, USA) - 5.8%, American Porter, Draft
A complex, roasty maltiness with a bittersweet, chocolate-coffee taste and bold hop presence. Named after the ship that frequently docked in Cleveland and sunk in Lake Superior on November 10, 1975 with many Northeast Ohioans on board. 

Guinness Extra Stout (Ireland) - 6.0%, Stout, Bottled
Roasted unmalted barley and high hop bittering combine to form a rich, dry, almost opaque black ale. A small percentage of soured beer is added for complexity.

Harpoon IPA (MA, USA) - 5.9%, India Pale Ale, Bottled
A variation of Pale Ale made to survive the long voyages to India. High hop rates and high alcohol act as natural preservatives. Medium gold to light orange-copper in color. High aromatic hop aromas due to dry-hopping.

Harpoon Munich Style Dunkel (MA, USA) - 5.6%, Dark Lager, Bottled
Classic dark lager style from Munich featuring the sweet malty flavor and color of dark Munich malt. Hop character is low. Color ranges from dark amber to brown.

Hanssens Oude Kriek Lambic (Belgium) - 6.0%, S our Ale, Bottled
In young vintages, the fruit should dominate the flavor. Older vintages tend to show more Gueuze characteristics like: horse blanket, oaky, hay, sour, vinegary, fruity, barnyardy or woody. Examples range from fruit forward and slightly sweet to soft fruit and sour.

Hitachino Sweet Lacto Stout (Japan) - 4%, Stout, Bottled
Dark roasted grains dominate the flavor of this British style Stout. Lactose is often added to provide residual sweetness. Black in color with low hop aroma.

Hoegaarden Witbier (Hoegaarden, Belgium) -5%, Witbier, Draft
Hoegaarden Bière white is most famous of beers of the Hoegaarden family. It is mixed with malt and wheat. This wheat gives the beer its white color and its turbid aspect. Hoegaarden Bière white is not filtered. It remains cloudy and still contains alive yeasts. The beer is aromatized with coriander and orange peels, giving a fruity and refreshing character.

Hofbräu Maibock (Germany) - 6.8%, Bock, Bottled
A pale bock, less malty that a Traditional and more alcoholic. Golden to amber in color. Medium body. Hop bitterness offsets malt sweetness only.

Hoppin’ Frog Boris the Crusher Imperial Oatmeal Stout (OH, USA) - 9.4%, Stout, Bottled
A hugely malty and alcoholic variation on Oatmeal Stout. Full-bodied, smooth and silky. Black in color with low hop aroma.

Konigshoven Dubbel (Netherlands) - 7.0%, Trappist Ale, Bottled
Ruby red malts interact with dark candi sugars, producing fresh & gentle fruity aromatics.

Konigshoven Tripel (Netherlands) - 8.0%, Trappist Ale, Bottled
Dark blond, strong, & bittersweet due to pale candi sugar’s interaction with subtle bitter hopping rates.

Konigshoven Quadrupel (Netherlands) - 10.0%, Trappist Ale, Bottled
A dark, very rich, complex, very strong Belgian ale. Smooth and dangerous.

Köstritzer Schwarzbier (Germany) – 4.8%, Dark Lager, Bottled
A lager using judicious amounts of roasted malts for color and dryness, without imparting a burnt flavor. Moderate hop and roasted malt bitterness with a dry chocolate palate. Medium body. Dark brown to black in color.

Lakefront New Grist Gluten Free (WI, USA) - 5.0%, Organic & Gluten Free, Bottled
Full-bodied and robust with sweet maltiness and medium to strong hop qualities. Alcohol levels somewhat apparent; light to medium body and medium carbonation.

Leffe Blonde (Leuven, Belgium) - 6.6%, Belgian Pale Ale, Draft
A pale abbey beer with a full sunny, golden color with a subtle banana finish. Hints of clove, vanilla and caramel. It has a smooth & full bodied taste and a rich and creamy head.

Left Hand Brewery JuJu Ginger (Longmont, CO, USA) - 4.0%, Milk Stout, Bottled, Seasonal
Our beer is basically a pale ale brewed from a relative low gravity, with some of the hops which would normally be used in the beer replaced by freshly ground ginger root. The beer is light in body, lower in alcohol, has a distinct ginger aroma, and has a very crisp finish. It was initially brewed as a refreshing alternative to the plethora of wheat beers which are popular in the summertime. Popular demand turned it into a year round beer.

Lindemans Framboise Lambic (St. Pieters Leeuw-Vlezenbeek, Belgium) - 4%, Lambic, Draft
Magnificent aroma, delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity; elegant, sparkling clean natural taste.

Lion Stout (Indonesia) - 8.0%, Stout, Bottled
A high gravity Stout traditionally brewed for tropical markets. Roasted grain aromas are prominent, fruitiness is high and hop aromas are low to none. Very deep brown to black color.

Magic Hat #9 (South Burlington, VT, USA) - 4.6%, American Pale Ale, Draft
A beer cloaked in secrecy. An ale whose mysterious and unusual palate will swirl across your tongue and ask more question than it answers. A beer brewed clandestinely and given a name whose meaning is never revealed. Why #9? Why indeed. A sort of dry, crisp, fruity, refreshing not-quite pale ale. #9 is really impossible to describe because there's never been anything else quite like it.

McEwans Scotch Ale (Scotland) - 8.0%, Scottish Ale, Bottled
Moderately strong with a smooth sweet maltiness balanced by low hop bitterness. Subtle pleated or smoked malt character.

Michelob Amber Bock (USA) - 5.2%, Bock, Draft
A deep brown color with a prodigious head formation and a sweet malty nose. The palate is very light but has a touch of sweet malt and a hint of chocolate. The finish is slightly on the sweet side, no hops are discernible.

Our Holy Grail was specially commissioned to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Pythons. It has a distinctive taste with plenty of fruity hops, and is full flavoured with a dry and refreshing bitterness.

Moylans Kilt Lifter Scotch Ale (CA, USA) - 8.0%, Scottish Ale, Bottled
Rich with full bodied malty character and some kettle carmelization. Low hops to balance the Dark amber malt sweetness.

New Holland Dragon’s Milk (Holland, MI, USA) - 9.0%, American Strong Ale, Draft, Seasonal
A barrel aged, strong ale with a soft and rich caramel malt character intermingled with deep vanilla tones dancing in an oak bath. Hints of bourbon flavor perfectly compliment it’s roasted malts.

New Holland Poet Oatmeal Stout (Holland, MI, USA) - 5.5%, Oatmeal Stoutc, Draft
Rich, smooth, malt character enveloped in tones of roast and chocolate. A soft mouth-feel brings luxurious flavors and soothing aroma

North Coast Old Rasputin Imperial Stout (CA, USA) – 9.0%, Stout, Bottled
Originally brewed to withstand shipping from Britain to the Baltic, high alcohol acted as a preservative. Intensely fruity and malty with balanced roastiness, hop bitterness and aroma. Hints of cocoa or espresso coffee. Black & opaque in color.

Ommegang Hennepin (Cooperstown, NY, USA) - 7.7%, Farmhouse Saison, Draft
This rustic style is typically brewed in small farmstead breweries. Golden in color and highly effervescent.

Rochefort 8° (Belgium) - 9.2%, Trappist Ale, Bottled
Deep brown, flavourful & complex, with firm body to support the strength. The aroma has notes of fresh fruit, spice, leather, and figs.

Rodenbach Classic Red Ale (Belgium) – 5.0%, Sour Ale, Bottled
This beer derives its flavors from lactobacilli and the use of cherries during fermentation. Long aging and blending of young and well-aged may occur. Red beers are distinctly tart and sour, brown beers are more malty and fruity.

Rodenbach Red Bach (Belgium) - 3.5%, Sour Ale, Bottled
This beer derives its flavors from lactobacilli. Long aging and blending of young and well-aged may occur. Distinctly tart and sour.

Rogue Dead Guy Ale (Newport, OR, USA) - 6.5%, Maibock , Draft
Celebrating Mayan Day of the Dead, a German-style Maibock made with Rogue’s  proprietary ale yeast & Pacific Northwest hops. It is deep honey in color with a malty aroma, rich hearty flavor.

Saison Dupont (Belgium) - 6.5%, Belgian Ale, Bottled
A summer style produced in the French speaking part of Belgium. Sharply refreshing and slightly sour with a fruity nose, pungent sourness and hop aroma. Dry-hopped, mildly bitter and citric-fruity. Orange color with dense rocky head and medium body.

Samuel Smith Nut Brown Ale (England) - 5.0%, Brown Ale, Vegan, Bottled
Dry, malty, slight caramel and nutty with medium hop and alcohol level

Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout (England) - 5.0%, Stout, Vegan, Bottled
Oatmeal has been added to create medium bodied, smooth and silky flavors. Black in color with low hop aromas.

Samuel Smith Organic Ale (England) - 5.0%, Organic & Gluten Free, Vegan, Bottled
Amber malt with mild hop aroma. Somewhat milder than a traditional British Pale Ale.

Schneider Aventinus Eisbock (Germany) - 12.0%, Bock, Bottled
The strongest form of Bock, made by freezing a Doppelbock, removing the ice, therefore concentrating the alcohol. Very full-bodied, sweet, alcohol warming. Amber to dark brown.

Schneider Aventinus Weizenbock (Germany) - 8.0%, German Wheat, Bottled
Strong Bavarian-style wheat with rich flavor of darker malts. Higher alcohol, fuller body, and darker color than Weizens. No hop flavor or aroma.

Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine (CA, USA) - 9.6%, Strong Ale, Bottled
Intense fruitiness, intense maltiness and American hop varieties dominate. More highly hopped than British version.

Sierra Nevada Porter (CA, USA) - 5.6%, Porter, Bottled
Medium to medium full-bodied dark ale with coffee-like dryness from the use of roasted malts.

Sinebrychoff Porter (Finland) - 7.2%, Porter, Bottled
A Baltic Porter often has the malt flavors reminiscent of an English brown porter and the restrained roast of a schwarzbier, but with a higher alcohol content than either. Very complex with multi-layered flavors.

Southampton Publick House Double White (NY, USA) - 7.0%, Belgian Ale, Bottled
Very pale with high levels of unmalted wheat and malted barley. Spiced with coriander and Curacao. Yeast cloudiness is present. A traditional Belgian Witbier style amplified.

Southern Tier Unearthly IPA (Lakewood,  NY, USA) - 11.0%, Double/Imperial IPA, Draft
American triple hopped version of classic British India Pale Ale. IPA’s namesake lies in its colonial roots. British soldiers on their way to India consumed a lot of beer, but found it would go stale on long voyages. Meanwhile, brewers knew that by adding more hops, the beer would stay fresh.

Spaten Oktoberfest (Munich, Germany) - 5.9%, European Amber Lager,  Bottled,  Draft is Seasonal and is Sold Out
A Munich lager deriving sweetness and toasted malt flavor from Munich and Vienna malts. Slightly sweet with a dry finish, with hops balanced and subdued. Dark gold to red amber.

Stella Artois (Leuven,  Belgium) - 5.2%, Euro Pale Lager, Draft
Its full, characteristic flavour and high quality is assured through a superior brewing process and by using the finest ingredients available.  The UK version is brewed, filtered and kegged at Samlesbury. Batches are sent to Magor for pasteurizing before being canned or bottled.

Stiegl Pils (Austria) - 4.9%, Pilsner, Bottled
Pilsner malt and coveted Saaz hops work together to form a classic light, elegant, aperitif beer with a dry  finish.

Stone Mill Organic Pale Ale (MO, USA) - 5.5%, Organic & Gluten Free, Bottled
Moderate to strong hop aroma from dry-hopping. Citrusy hop flavor common. Mild malt compared to aggressive hop bitterness. Pale golden to amber.

Stone Oaked Arrogant Bastard (Escondido, CA, USA) - 7.2%, American Strong Ale, Draft
Described as an “angry” beer with a massive flavor profile. Complex, rich, intense, and sophisticated with strong flavors of American oak, vanilla, and malt.

Stone Old Guadian 2007 Barely Wine (CA, USA) - 11.26%, Barley Wine, Draft, Seasonal

Deep golden/copper, orange with a dense tan head. Caramel malts with moderate levels of citrus fruit and floral hops. Fruity, malty, with a touch of alcohol warmth and intense bitterness. Full bodied, warm, and bitter. Extremely smooth and delicious now, the alcohol notes should mellow with time, and the bitterness will allow for substantial aging.
 

Stone Smoked Porter (CA, USA) - 5.9%, Smoke Flavored, Bottled
The use of smoked malts has been adapted to other styles, notably Porter and Scotch Ales. Body, color, hop, character and alcohol content may vary greatly.
 

Stoudt’s Gold Munich Helles (PA, USA) - 5.0%, Light Lager, Bottled
Bavarian light lager with a sweet malty profile. Grain and malt flavors predominate with mild  hops to balance. Fuller-bodied than a Pilsner. Medium gold color and medium body.

Theakstons’s Old Peculiar (England) - 8.5%, Strong Ale, Bottled
An ale of high alcoholic strength, featuring malty and fruity flavors with a dry finish. Long term bottle aging may give old ales oxidative flavors like port or Madeira. Full-bodied & very dark amber in color.

Unibroue La Fin Du Monde (Canada) - 9.0%, Belgian Strong Ale, Bottled
Literally translated, “The end of the world”, a Belgian inspired Tripel/Golden Strong Ale from a highly respected French Canadian brewery. Pale and strong, with subtle spices integrated into the huge effervescence.

Unibroue Maudite (Chambly, Canada) - 8.0%, Belgian Strong Dark Ale, Draft
Robust, malty and spicy amber-red ale is counterbalanced by an assertive hop finish with a cognac-like complexity. Maudite’s (The Damned) complex flavor improves with age.

Victory Prima Pils (PA, USA) - 5.3%, Pilsner, Bottled
Drier than Bohemian Pilsner, due to use of different malt, hops and water. Grainy and noble hop aroma. Medium bodied with crisp malt flavor and prominent hop bitterness.

Westmalle Dubbel (Belgium) - 7.0%, Trappist Ale, Bottled
Brown-amber color, subtle dark-malt and dark candi sugar aroma balanced by Belgian tropical yeast fruit character. Deeply malty, with a subtle and dry finish.

Westmalle Tripel (Belgium) - 9.0%, Trappist Ale, Bottled
Orange-gold color, herbal hoppy aroma, and complex flavors that meld rich malt sweetness, warmth, slightly bitter hop finish, and powerful alcoholic strength.

Widmer Brothers Hefe Weizen (OR, USA) - 4.7%, German Wheat, Bottled
Uses a yeast without the typical Bavarian phenolic, clove, banana aromas. Hop levels can be low to high. Wheat percentages often exceed 50%, Bottled. Light body, pale straw to gold color although darker versions exist.

Wittekerke Wit (Belgium) – 5.0%, Belgian Ale, Bottled
Made with 50%, Bottled unmalted wheat and 50%, Bottled pale barley malt. Coriander and orange peel are often used as spices. Very pale and slightly cloudy from unfiltered yeast.

Woodchuck Amber Cider (VT, USA) - 5.0%, Amber Hybrid Beer, Draft, Seasonal
Made from a blend of apples and fermented with champagne yeast

Zum Uerige Altbier (Germany) - 4.5%, Amber Hybrid Beer, Bottled
Copper to dark brown German ale, somewhat similar to a British Pale. German malt, yeast and hops combine with cold conditioning xields less fruitiness, yeastiness and a cleaner taste than its British counterpart.

Allagash White (Portland, ME, USA)- 5.0%, Draft
Domestically produced interpretation of classic Belgian Witbier; unfiltered yeast provides signature cloudy appearance. Brewed with unmalted wheat and a blend of coriander & Curacao.

Amstel Light (USA) - 3.5%, Domestic, Bottled
Amstel Light is the #1 imported light beer in the United States. It features a unique selection of raw materials and an intensive fermenting process. The result is a special light beer containing only 3.5%, Bottled alcohol and approximately 35%, Bottled fewer calories than regular lager beer Ñ but is every bit as refreshing.

Anchor Steam (San Francisco, CA, USA) - 4.9%, Amber Hybrid Beer, Draft & Bottled
Original American style. Lager yeasts are fermented at warmer temperatures in long shallow vessels. Coppery color with a malty body balanced with Northern Brewer hop aroma and bitterness. Similar to an American Pale Ale.

Blue Moon Belgian White Ale (US, Canada) - 5.4%, Belgian Wheat Ale, Bottled
Unfiltered for more depth of flavor and a unique, cloudy appearance.  A full flavor with a smooth finish.  Light spicy citrus flavors go great with chicken, seafood and pork.  Best when garnished with a slice of orange to bring out the natural spices and subtle fruit flavor.

Buckeye Hippie IPA (Lakewood, OH, USA) - 6.8%, Domestic, Draft
First brewed in the summer of ’98, the “Hippie” has become a Cleveland classic among hop lovers. Reminiscent of ales brewed on the Pacific west coast, the Hippie I.P.A. is big, rich in malt and chock full of hops. American malts are used in the grain bill, including pale ale, crystal, dextrin malt and torrified wheat. It is hopped five times with a combination of Northern Brewer and Cascade. After fermentation, hops are added “dry” to impart bold hop aroma.

Clausthaler (Germany), Non-Alcoholic, Bottled
Europe’s best selling non-alcoholic beer; Clausthaler has the real beer taste among non-alcoholic beers. It is brewed on the basis of a special patented brewing process. Clausthaler….everything a beer needs!

Great Lakes Christmas Ale (Cleveland, OH, USA) - 7.5%, Draft, Seasonal
A holiday ale brewed with honey and spiced with fresh ginger and cinnamon. It has a rich copper color and a medium body. A robust style of beer made with spices to celebrate the festive season.

Great Lakes Nosferatu (Cleveland, OH, USA) - 8.0%, Draft, Seasonal
A strong red ale brewed with North American hops and cascades. Named after the notorious German vampire from the 1920s film era.

Guinness Lager (Ireland)- 6.0%, Lager, Bottled
Unpasteurised in Ireland - pasteurised in the rest of the world.  Similar to the Draught version, but without the extra nitrogen.

Jever Pils (Jever, Germany) - 4.9%, Import, Draft
One of the reasons is undoubtedly its unique taste. The secret lies in the water, which is still taken from the same well used well over 100 years ago.  The water from our well is unusually pure and soft. That allows us to add a touch more hops to create the Friesian-bitter taste that distinguishes Jever Pilsener from any other beer.

Kaliber (Ireland) - 0.5 %, Non-Alcohol, Bottled
Kaliber is a premium non-acoholic ale style brew imported from the makers of Guinness. The rich amber color and full-body delivers all the taste of a beer with less alcohol."

Killian’s Red (Ireland) - 4.9%, Import, Bottled
Rich amber color and a thick, creamy head. Introduced into the U.S. in 1981. Gold medalist (amber lager) at 1998 World Beer Cup.

Labatt Blue (Canada)- 5.0%, Import, Bottled
Fruity character with slightly sweet aftertaste. Light, crisp and delicate in its flavour delivery

Lagunitas Imperial Red Ale (Petaluma, CA, USA) - 7.6%, Domestic, Draft, Seasonal
This special ale is, in reality, the exhumation of the very first ale we ever brewed way, way back, in 1993 ... brewed with a big head, a muscular malty thorax, a silky texture and all strung together with a hoppy sweet nerve sack

Newcastle Brown Ale (New Castle, England) - 4.7%, Import, Bottled
Newcastle Brown Ale is an authentic English ale with a unique taste. Full of flavour, yet easy to drink, it's been drunk and enjoyed since 1927. And it's becoming more popular in more countries each year.

Pyramid Snow Cap Ale (Seattle, WA, USA) - 7.0%, Draft, Seasonal
A rich full-bodied winter warmer crafted in the British Tradition of holiday beers. Deep mahogany colored brew balances complex fruit flavors with a hint of caramel and a smooth texture.

Redhook Autumn Ale (Woodinville, WA, USA) - 5.7%, Domestic, Draft
Roasted, toasted malt aroma with the distinct flavors of Northern Brewer and Saaz hops. Its rich complexity comes courtesy of its special malts: Crystal, German Smoked Munich, Caramel and Roasted.

A rich, hearty ale brewed for a clean, dry, roasty palate.

Sam Adams Lager (MA, USA) - 4.9%, Domestic, Bottled
Samuel Adams Boston Lager is the best example of the fundamental characteristics of a great beer, offering a full, rich flavor that is both balanced and complex. The beer has a wide spectrum of malt flavor ranging from slightly sweet to caramel to slightly roasted, and a wide range of floral, piney and citrus notes, which are present from the aroma, through the flavor, to the lingering smooth finish.
